Join us today at the parade in the ”Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin” as Ellsworth celebrates the 100th Anniversary of Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery.  The parade starts at 1:00 this afternoon.  We’ve had a great week meeting and talking with people in Ellsworth and Prescott.  Yesterday the Creamery recognized their over 500 dairy farm family owners and gave special recognition to seven families that have been shipping milk to the Creamery for the entire 100 years.
